BOOKINGS
All confirmed bookings must be in full payment at least 14 working days before check-in.
All confirmed bookings made less than 14 working days must be fully paid upon confirmation or on First-Come, First-Served Basis.
REFUND POLICY
Full refund for cancellations made more than 14 working days prior to check-in.
50% refund for cancellations made more than 7 working days prior to check-in.
No refund for cancellations made less than 7 working days prior to check-in
CHECK -IN & CHECK-OUT TIME
Check-in : 2:30 p.m.
Check-out : 11:30 a.m.
Extended late check-out time may be granted upon request.
Subject to room availability and charges RM20 per hour up to maximum of 2 hours.
