Free Car parking is limited to 17 vehicles parking lots
Pine garden and playground. Café viewing deck is free
UMBRELLAS may be requested from the management for a refundable RM10 Deposit.
Camping tents may be rented at RM40 per day for guests renting the Houses or the Domes.
No camping is allowed at the PINE garden open space.
Guests using the resort is to be considerate to others by keeping the noise level down at all times and especially from 10 pm onwards.
No pets ( Dogs & Cats ) are allowed at our facilities .
As this is a homestay and NOT a hotel. Room service will stop after 9pm .
For guest staying less than two night, rooms will NOT be cleaned or made up until your check out time. For Guest staying more than 2 nights, room will be cleaned upon request.
As Kundasang town has limited water supply and to save on water usage, only 10 towel will be provided for guests using the BIG HOUSE.
For all other accommodation, towels will be provided according to number of mattresses booked. Extra will be charged at RM5 per towel.
It is encouraged that you bring your own favourite personal towel for your personal use.
One big bottle of drinking water will be provided in each room.
COWAY water Refill is available at the Café for free.
Extra bottled drinking water is available at RM3 per bottle
Coffee and tea will be provided free in all the rooms
Kundasang also suffer from occasional POWER CUTS and we can provide
Portable LED emergency lights upon requests.
HEAVY DUTY electrical extension sockets for high powered hot plates and electrical BBQ sets are available on request. DO NOT use normal extension
Sockets as these are a FIRE HAZARDS.
Extra mattresses at RM 30 per set with blanket & towel.
Hair dryer is upon request with a security deposit of RM30 to be refunded upon return of the unit.
Ironing board and cloth iron is upon request
Washing machine is NOT for the use of customers.
The Big house will be provided with FREE 1 Nos. of BBQ grill
For Kitchen K1 , K3 & K4 , BBQ grilles is available for rent at RM30 each on a first come first served basis .
No BBQ is permitted at the DOME deck and the Chalets
